Investigating and making art, craft and design

is beginning to add more detail to his/her artwork
is beginning to mix paints to make colours better suited for his/her requirements
has created some quite detailed observational sketches
is able to use art to express his/her ideas and feelings
finds art difficult and tends to rush his/her work
is beginning to experiment with texture/shading/perspective in his/her artwork
he/she makes good use of space/colour/perspective
has produced artwork using a variety of media

is beginning to recognise some of the different techniques used to produce paintings
